THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND TRIED THEIR BEST TO PLEASE. THIS IS A BUDGET HOTEL AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH.

| "A good quality basic business hotel. Good service. Rooms are a bit small perhaps, but that is the standard in HK anyway.. Nice location, not too far from Hung Hom station, MTR or Star Ferry, although none of those round the corner exactly. Lots of bars & nighlife just around the corner though. I dislike the fact that the hotel charges for in-room internet use, in my opinion that should be included in todays basic amenities.." |

| "Minutes to the MTR & location is ok. Room is small but overall still acceptable. Will stay this hotel again cause it's convenient to navigate around. But hotel could still improve its room facilities to guests. " |

| "The room was very small.
Elevator was very small.
Had no view from the room.
Bathroom had some stains.
But the bedroom was cozy
Suitable for business traveler who just comes to the room to sleep and leave hotel in the morning and again come back in the night." |

| "I was so pleased to find the room decent sized,and clean,with a nice view. It was our intention to go to the Science Musiuem while we were in Hong Kong,and didn't know it was accross the street from the hotel.It would be wonderful to have a paper for guests to show what good restarants, museums, and sites to see within 15 minutes walk of the hotel,with a map of the locations.Also,the information about the Symphony of Lights,show in Victoria Harbor,at 8:00 PM.Was a highlight for us to enjoy. We also enjoyed the buffet in the Cafe society. Good food,at a fine value." |

| "the location is very convenient, the reception desk staff is courteous... they speak little english which i find very helpful when you ask for simple questions bec. some 3star hotels doesnt even understand simple english... the room space is just enough bec. you only stay there to sleep and leave again in the morning... but i hope that they will improve the bathroom, the heater doesnt get hot, and flushing of toilet sometimes doesnt work... thats the thing i think they should improve, the rest is just ok..." |
