So far, everything was good except the room services, the reception and the others were fantastic, staff been very helpful. However, the room services was pretty bad as the cleaner crash into my room 3 times as they thought there were no one in the room. Hey! we had the 'Do not disturb'sign on!!
I stay in the the hotel for 9 nights, 8am every morning, cleaners gather together and chatting like having party. I think the hotel management should improve their room services to be more repectful as my stay at Ramada Hotel wasn't completly pleasant, they definetely need a more efficient system for their room services.
