Would I stay at this location
again:

Probably not
Surprised we got a room located at the end of the hall and very small, bathroom is small, shower knob hard to operate, no water coming out, shower curtain is short water dripping all over the floor tiles. Power outlet is not available near the electric water heater - you have to use the power outlet beside the rear bed. The room is dark even with the lights on. When you turn on the tv, it is set to an adult channel which is not good if you have kids with you. We originally booked at Largos, waited for 2days, only to find out there's no available room, then given these alternative hotels with standard rooms and rates almost twice higher than Largos some more without bfast. It's not worth spending US$145.00 for this kind of accomodation. Very disappointed. When we checked out, the cashier didnt asked me to an invoice. I can see that the invoice is available online however it would be better if the guest signs on the invoice to make sure the charges are correct.

"No complaints about this hotel whatsoever. We received a free upgrade to a Superior room so I do not know how a Standard room looks like. We got a King sized bed that was comfortable. The room was very big - much bigger than European Hotels - I was very surprised because I read a lot of reviews stating that Hong Kong hotels are tiny so I was expecting the worst but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were clean and was cleaned everyday. The bath tub *maybe* could have done with a clean and/or renovation but honestly, couldn't really ask for more for the location and everything else we got with it. We arrived at the hotel at 9am in the morning and although check-in was after lunch, we arrived at the hotel and they had the room ready at 11am. There is left luggage facilities which was ever so helpful on the first and last days. Location is great - in the centre of the tourist area and easy walk to Harbour City and the ferry terminals and all amenities. Customer service is very good and professional. Highly recommended."

"As per many reviews written about this hotel, it is in a great location and yes the rooms are a little small. However you are not spending all of your time in the room so it is of no concern. There are nice bars 3 mins walk away. Would definately stay in this hotel again. "

"the room i booked was for 2 but i needed only a single. they moved me to a tiny room and did not compensate for the differnce. i bought a card of 1 hour to the internet but nobody told me that it is for a single use only."

"A good quality basic business hotel. Good service. Rooms are a bit small perhaps, but that is the standard in HK anyway.. Nice location, not too far from Hung Hom station, MTR or Star Ferry, although none of those round the corner exactly. Lots of bars & nighlife just around the corner though. I dislike the fact that the hotel charges for in-room internet use, in my opinion that should be included in todays basic amenities.."

"Minutes to the MTR & location is ok. Room is small but overall still acceptable. Will stay this hotel again cause it's convenient to navigate around. But hotel could still improve its room facilities to guests. "
