The room assigned to us was very, very small. We asked the manager for a change and he told us he was fully booked for that day, that tomorrow he would do the room change.
The next day I didn't insist on the room change, but we were surprised when we arrived at the hotel that they had changed us to a much better hotel room, and the best of all, without any additional charges.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and their service is great.
For HK standards, what we payed for is what we got.

| "i was able to get the room over the internet and i didn't realize that it was a bit far from the mtr. Anyway, service overall was not spectacular but just okay, the room was a bit small but clean. " |
