| "WE UPGRADED TO A SUITE AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE EXTRA ROOM AND AN ENORMOUS BATHROOM, BUT WE RECEIVED COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST, COMPLIMENTARY TEA/SNACKS ALL DAY AND COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS IN THE EVENING. MANY OTHER COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION. GREAT LOCATION. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. " |

| "This hotel is fine and is good value. I usually stay at The Royal Garden next door but at this time of year it was too expensive- the Regal Kowloon was about 30% cheaper. I know the location well so that is good for my needs.
The room was large enough and clean, but could do with re furbishing soon.
Staff are friendly and mostly efficient. I used the gym (exercise room) which is open 24 hours which is very convenient when you work all day. The business centre is very good too." |

| "Overall it is a nice hotel. Though it is not so close to Tsim Tsa Tsui where all the shopping is, there are a lot of other places that you can visit around the area. They had friendly and very helpful staff. Will stay there again." |
