The air conditioning did not work in extremely hot weather conditions and the water was turned off when we arrived for a period of six hours for repairs. We had to wait to wash and to use the shower after traveling for 12 hours.

| "Overall, my stay at Regal Kowloon in Hong Kong was pleasant except on one occasion when typhoon Kommuri swept through Hong Kong on Wed, 6 Aug, I was rather bored as we were advised to remain in the hotel due to the strong winds and heavy rain. The hotel should have installed PCs for hotel guests to surf internet so that some of these guests may be able to access their e-mails, be it, office or personal and also to read World and Business News. " |

| "WE UPGRADED TO A SUITE AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. NOT ONLY DID WE HAVE EXTRA ROOM AND AN ENORMOUS BATHROOM, BUT WE RECEIVED COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST, COMPLIMENTARY TEA/SNACKS ALL DAY AND COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS IN THE EVENING. MANY OTHER COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION. GREAT LOCATION. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. " |
