| "All services and facilities were great, staff great.
Only disatisfaction was the high charge for use of internet services.
In a hotel of this quality internet should be free, or at least 15 minutes free and then a moderate charge." |

| "The accommodation and food were very good. The staff service freindlyand most helpful. However, the WiFi internet connection in the room was very weak, resulting in poor or no email availability. No internet cable in room. As a business traveller who needs a good and reliable internet connection, the hotel does not have it. It is a pity, because otherwise -- i.e. room, service, food etc -- it was a fantastic deal!" |

| "Frankly the only negative aspect of the hotel is the location and its far from the city area. Actually to compensate this the hotel management should provide free shuttle services to the city say 3-4 x daily to specific pick up or drop off points. They should also provide regular shuttles to the nearest MTR station Kowloon Tong. A lot of other hotels in other countries provide such services if they are guests so Regal Oriental should do likewise.
The room which I stayed in (1233) is fairly comfortable but the bathroom shower spray needs to be looked at. Warm water during bathing can suddenly becomes cold!
Other facilities are normal." |

| "Just felt that the room are too small but most hong kong hotel rooms are small. Overall the room is cosy and clean which is important. We didnt use the facilities as we are out most of the time.
It is not the best location if you want accessibility to shopping centres but you are able to reach mong kok & other areas by taking the minibuses(小巴) located just outside the hotel which is quite convenient. Taxi is always available outside the hotel as well.�@" |

| "I have stayed in Regal oriental for 3 days, during the xmas holidays (when hotels in HK go crazy and tripple their rates).
The room was surprisingly small and narrow and it took a while to adjust. So where the bathroom and closets.It was, however, very nicely designed and comfortable.
The service in the hotel was very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The biggest flaw of the hotel is its location. Too far from the center and quite far from the nearest MTR station (much more than a walking distance) You can use a bus to get to town. Most of the time it's quite convenient.
All in all, it is a very good, and not too expensive place to stay when you are in Hong Kong." |

| "Hong Kong is much more expensive than mainland China, but this was not bad, for hong kong. the room was nice, however the hard beds in China take some getting used to. they did profile a shuttle to the airport, for a fee, but it was very convenient. Over all the service was good and the poeple friendly. the only issue was when checking in, though the room was paid for they needed a credit card, not a credit/debit card for deposit. the breakfast buffet was nice and offered a large varity of foods. we did not try the other restuarnts in the hotel, instead found a nice little place not to far from the hotel. they had fun watching an american try to use chopsticks. " |

the picture show on internet is very nice,misleading, false advertising,in real is complete different, paid AU$185 for room that not even worth it, very disappointed!!
I will tell all my friend about this experience

| "Overall the hotel is ideal for budget and family travellers. Their room service is goood and this can be demonstrated when one of the charger of my mobile phone was left inside the room after checking out and return to me in the late afternoon. The only thing that I would like to make is the location but it is hard to be imporoved. Really , is is a nice place to stay at. " |
