We very much enjoyed our experience at the hotel. Well located, very good service. One particular employee was great for us, Gary Yu. He helped direct our activities for 2 and 1/2 days. Resturant recommendations were great. We appreciate his help!!

| "I can not fault except for one minor thing right at the end of my stay.
I checked out at 0500 so not alot of service arround, I had to carry my heavy case down an escolator that was not opperating to concearge area to get a taxi but as soon as the cocearge saw me he came to my assistance, otherwise perfect." |

| "Excellent, Excellent. The only complaint would be the restaurant with the view (Panorama, I believe is the name.) Food was just marginal and very expensive.
We thought the overall service of the hotel was outstanding, the buffet breakfast extraordinary with a huge variety of food, and the rooms were wonderful, with comfortable beds.
Great stay!! " |

| "Room size is good compares to other hong kong hotels. Room is quite clean. Location is a bit far from shopping area but there is an underground walkway with number of shops. Overall is OK! Renaissance will be one of my choice for the next trip." |
