The experience at this hotel was excellent. My 80 year old mother was treated with overwhelming respect and care. The staff were very friendly.
We loved the club lounge where we could relax after a day out.
The location was perfect, we could stroll down to the waterfront and watch the harbour to relax at any time and view Hong Kong island by day and night. Good also for a morning walk along the Avenue of Stars.
An easy walk to the Star Ferry and a quick taxi ride to Ladies & Night markets.

| "I can not fault except for one minor thing right at the end of my stay.
I checked out at 0500 so not alot of service arround, I had to carry my heavy case down an escolator that was not opperating to concearge area to get a taxi but as soon as the cocearge saw me he came to my assistance, otherwise perfect." |

| "Excellent, Excellent. The only complaint would be the restaurant with the view (Panorama, I believe is the name.) Food was just marginal and very expensive.
We thought the overall service of the hotel was outstanding, the buffet breakfast extraordinary with a huge variety of food, and the rooms were wonderful, with comfortable beds.
Great stay!! " |

| "Room size is good compares to other hong kong hotels. Room is quite clean. Location is a bit far from shopping area but there is an underground walkway with number of shops. Overall is OK! Renaissance will be one of my choice for the next trip." |
