i check in last may 1 to may 4. the room was clean and presentable, the problem is room size is small. everything was ok with the facilities except people in the front desk are discourteous.we arrived in the hotel 230pm, the front desk said the is not yet available, how can that be when the check out time is 12pm?they told us to wait and they will inform us when the is ready,my wife waited until 330pm, no one came to her bec. i went out, my wife approach the front desk and ask if the room is ready, they said yes, my wife ask them why they didnt inform us, they just said they forgot, what a poor answer. every time we complain in the front desk, they would speak in there language that we dont understand.i will never go back to that hotel anymore with those discourteous staff in the front desk.

| "I can not fault except for one minor thing right at the end of my stay.
I checked out at 0500 so not alot of service arround, I had to carry my heavy case down an escolator that was not opperating to concearge area to get a taxi but as soon as the cocearge saw me he came to my assistance, otherwise perfect." |

| "Excellent, Excellent. The only complaint would be the restaurant with the view (Panorama, I believe is the name.) Food was just marginal and very expensive.
We thought the overall service of the hotel was outstanding, the buffet breakfast extraordinary with a huge variety of food, and the rooms were wonderful, with comfortable beds.
Great stay!! " |

| "Room size is good compares to other hong kong hotels. Room is quite clean. Location is a bit far from shopping area but there is an underground walkway with number of shops. Overall is OK! Renaissance will be one of my choice for the next trip." |
