I had to be upgraded to a different room after having a fight because I had booked a triple room and I received a small double room with an addittional bed. They gave me a higher room but always with an extra temporary bed. So, do not book a triple room at this hotel because it does not have triple rooms.
They made a mess with the administration of the pre paid breakfast. I had paid three adults and confirmed by phone with the hotel that this payment would cover two adults and two kids as this is my family composition. Some days they were OK with that, some days they asked me to sign a four breakfast ticket with differencial prices. Bottom line, at the check out they came up with an absurd difference of 10 USD that I paid but understood as a complete lack of commercial sensitiveness with the customer. I explained that to the customer service manager, but I doubt he understood what I meant.
Coming to the overall experience the facilities are OK for a 4 stars hotel and the location is very good, they just need a better management, to make you feel a better service.

| "As far as HK goes the room was a decent size, the hotel is in the perfect location. Staff were very good, didn't use the hotels eating facilities as there are so many to chose from near by. Highly recommended for its location and nearness to Star Ferry and only a 45 HK$ Taxi ride to the Airport Express station in Kowloon" |

| "I really like the location of this hotel with its walkable/connections to all the facilities around the area and the promenade.
Even though it is a busy hotel but the service is excellent. The girl working on the morning shift on August 1st 2008 at the guest relation desk even checked my flight departure time for me." |

| "I can not fault except for one minor thing right at the end of my stay.
I checked out at 0500 so not alot of service arround, I had to carry my heavy case down an escolator that was not opperating to concearge area to get a taxi but as soon as the cocearge saw me he came to my assistance, otherwise perfect." |
