Location is good. Near museums, shopping, MTR station and Star ferry. The room was decent, fairly average as far as hotels go nowadays. The bed was not comfortable, was quite hard. Motel 6 (cheap motel chain in the States) has more comfortable beds. Our room was a double with two twin beds. Perhaps the queen or king beds would be better? Was disappointed there was no laundry room. The outdoor pool area looked nice although weather didn't permit any relaxing days there. Overall, I'll probably look to stay elsewhere unless like this time, this is all that budget allows.

| "Good value for the price I paid; excellent breakfast; staff very welcoming; good location, right on the Avenue of Stars, also near the Star Ferry, MRT station and bus stops. Nice bar too, although the prices were much too high for me and are maybe aimed at those on expense accounts." |

| "We stayed at this hotel for three nights and was very pleased with the hotel services. As soon as we checked into the room, there was a bottle of champagne ready for us and at first we thought that we have to pay for it instead it was a compliment from the hotel but later on we figured out that Asiaroom had forwarded our request that we were on our honeymoon. In fact, we're celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Thanks to the good services provided by the hotel and of course we will surely recommend this hotel to all our friends." |

Would be nice though if loyal guests recieved upgrades.
Maybe next time I saty, I will be given a larger nicer room!
