t took less than 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel, via the Airport Express and free hotel shuttle. The hotel is conveniently located, with good restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was professional and warm; they gladly up-graded our room to one with a better view (there is some construction going on in front of the hotel so the pool view is better) and even had complimentary champagne and truffles for us. Dynasty restaurant, on the 4th floor, had excellent food and service. Yes, we would recommend the hotel to a friend.

the rooms are a little small, but still very comfortable.
every 5 star hotel in Hong Kong is expensive,so for value it is ok.

| "Good location as it is not too far from the nearest MTR. Hotel service was good and friendly. Rooms are reasonably big by Hong Kong standards and the room facilities were good. Will most likely stay in this hotel again if I visit Hong Kong in future" |
