| "I know this hotel since many years and I always stayed at Royal Pacific during my business trips to Hong Kong. The location of Hotel is just perfect for further travels to China (Ferry boat station right downstairs), short ways to habour, Canton Rd & Nathan Rd as well as shopping mall.
This hotel used to be my favorite bcs service and facilities were always perfect.
But due the years the hotel became older and it needs to get some renovation, but this is what I missed the last 2 stays there. The formally nice and very clean and cultured rooms are still clean but very attride furnishing and floors which I do not expect in a 4-star hotel.
They already start to re-furnish the restaurants which is a good start, but rooms need to be re-furnished and renovate urgently.
Hope they will start soon, bcs I really like this hotel and it would be very sad if they will loose their good reputation bcs of it." |

| "My family stayed in Royal Pacific for a total of 3 nights. We were very pleased with the tower rooms. They were very clean and one of them was big enough to accomodate an extra bed and yet have space for a long sofa. The harbour view from our rooms were ok. I am especially pleased with their service. The extra bed came very promptly and they never failed to help us with directions to places we wanted to visit. Overall, the stay was great! " |

| "I stayed for 4 days 3 nights in a deluxe room on level 17. The room was spacious and very clean. No view though!
The staffs were very friendly and the food at Satay Inn was good!!
Easy access to the China Ferry and Shopping!
I don't mind coming back to this hotel if I intend to visit Hong Kong again!!" |

| "It was a pleasant stay. Room was pleasantly spacious. The consiege was very helpful and efficient.Location is convienent as there are lots of shopping around the hotel but quite a walking distance to canton road, food and shopping paradise. I highly recommend this hotel if you do not want to live in the heart of the congested and noisy shopping location. " |

| "We liked the location for business, we realised that they had put us in the wrong part of the hotel we should have been in the tower block, as business travelers. Rooms far to small for the money we paid had to be shifted two times, air con did not work, my partner got stuck in the lift very bad experiance.
service poor for the price we paid.
But We love asiaRooms.com." |

| "The location, cleanliness and ambience of the hotel was very good. We felt the rooms were too small for complete comfort." |

| "The Royal Pacific was a very nice hotel. Great location. Very good facilities. The only issue was the size of the room - it was far too small, especially in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel." |

| "According to the website, Tower Wing comes with seaview, while Hotel Wing faces park. But when I checked in I realised my superior room in Tower Wing doesn't come with any city or seaview. Superior room has an ugly facing to next building (right face to face). I was told to pay HKD900+/night extra on the spot to upgrade to those expensive suites that with city and seaview. I regretted paying more for Tower Wing instead of Hotel Wing." |
