Would I stay at this location
again:

Most likely
We stayed for four nights in January 2006 in a twin room in the Towers Wing. Room was alright, but don't look under the bed for cleanliness. Had a lot of noise from an adjoining room in the middle of one night. It took three phone calls and over half an hour for the hotel staff to stop the disturbance. The Manager on Duty seriously suggested a room change at 2:30 a.m.! Obtained a fairly decent rate thanks to Asiarooms.

"Impersonal check in, had to queue for ages. No help with the luggage. We were not shown the way to the lift or how to find our room. The room was large & comfortable with tired looking furniture. The view from the window was not good but this was not of importance as we had not planned to stay in the hotel room all day. We stayed on a floor that had lots of mainland chinese who were extremely noisy in the corridor even in the early hours of the morning. The choice at breakfast was unimaginative. Without doubt the "star" of the whole hotel was Simon the security guard who was not only friendly & courteous but also extremely helpful in explaining the layout of the hotel, pointing out neighbouring attractions, the layout of the Tsim Tsa Tsui area, & helping us get to grips with Hong Kong etc. It is also the hotel to stay at if you have to travel to Macau as the ferry terminal is on the 1st floor."

"The room seems to be a bit small. But honestly its not as bad as other I've experienced. For me, this place is perfect for those who wants to visit macau/shenzhen as the ferry port is literally next door. Furthermore, 5-10 mins walk and you are on the bustling Nathan road. I thought I had a good deal from asiarooms, so do please book well in advance. Didn't really require any service assistance and everything else was as expected. The only minor hiccup was that upon checkout the staff tried to ask me to pay (i have already pre-paid via asiarooms) All in all, highly recommended. Will go back again."

"I got a room at the Superior Wing and we were so lucky to get the room with a peeeerfect view! can see the central hk from our room and ofcourse the seaview its great! service is great too..the staffs were so polite and helpful..so convenient to shoppers! its right beside the long stretch of malls..up to the ocean terminal mall...very convenient to those who plan to stop by at macau because it has an escalator going to the macau terminal! this place is really convenient fo us who loves to shop in Hk!"

"This was a wonderful hotel. Centrally located in TST close to the Star Ferry and great shopping. Very clean room and well managed hotel. I will definitely stay here again even on business."
