It was actually my second time to stay at the Royal Pacific Hotel. Both my two stays in the Hotel where bookings for a single room for two persons. However, during my second stay, I noticed that my room was smaller (like almost half the size) compared to the room during my first stay there. My first stay even had a sofa and a separate shower area and bath tub. I was expecting the same facilities in my second stay. Sadly, my expectations were not met.
On a other hand, I commend the Royal Pacific Hotel for its great service, including the counter staff who were very courteous at entertaining us; and most especially, the room maintenance cleaner/staff. Please congratulate the good lady in charge of cleaning rooms at the 17th Floor of the lobby side building (our room no. was 1703), for a job well done. She deserves a credit since she was very kind and serious about her responsibilities in the Hotel.

| "The room seems to be a bit small. But honestly its not as bad as other I've experienced. For me, this
place is perfect for those who wants to visit
macau/shenzhen as the ferry port is literally next
door. Furthermore, 5-10 mins walk and you are on
the bustling Nathan road.
I thought I had a good deal from asiarooms, so do
please book well in advance.
Didn't really require any service assistance and
everything else was as expected. The only minor
hiccup was that upon checkout the staff tried to
ask me to pay (i have already pre-paid via asiarooms)
All in all, highly recommended. Will go back again." |

| "I got a room at the Superior Wing and we were so lucky to get the room with a peeeerfect view! can see the central hk from our room and ofcourse the seaview its great! service is great too..the staffs were so polite and helpful..so convenient to shoppers! its right beside the long stretch of malls..up to the ocean terminal mall...very convenient to those who plan to stop by at macau because it has an escalator going to the macau terminal! this place is really convenient fo us who loves to shop in Hk!" |
