Service was prompt, and staff helpful and friendly.
Coffee/tea facilities provided adequately, but sugar and creamer not sufficient if one needs more than one serve; or to offer drink in the room to visitor.
Newspaper not provided to room. It would be good to read news etc. (instead of just watch TV) before getting out of hotel.
Overall, a nice hotel situated in a good location, especially for those using ferries to China/Macau or joining cruise from HK/Kowloon.

| "The room seems to be a bit small. But honestly its not as bad as other I've experienced. For me, this
place is perfect for those who wants to visit
macau/shenzhen as the ferry port is literally next
door. Furthermore, 5-10 mins walk and you are on
the bustling Nathan road.
I thought I had a good deal from asiarooms, so do
please book well in advance.
Didn't really require any service assistance and
everything else was as expected. The only minor
hiccup was that upon checkout the staff tried to
ask me to pay (i have already pre-paid via asiarooms)
All in all, highly recommended. Will go back again." |

| "I got a room at the Superior Wing and we were so lucky to get the room with a peeeerfect view! can see the central hk from our room and ofcourse the seaview its great! service is great too..the staffs were so polite and helpful..so convenient to shoppers! its right beside the long stretch of malls..up to the ocean terminal mall...very convenient to those who plan to stop by at macau because it has an escalator going to the macau terminal! this place is really convenient fo us who loves to shop in Hk!" |
