Very good hotel, staff very good, reception understaffed, very slow, restaurant food is average, better eat outside in many small restaurants with greater choice. Location is a concern. Not on main subways. only KCR, quite far to walk. However, if o know how to "ride" HK subways, not a problem. Change at Tsimsha Tsui East to KCR (only 2 min walk), directly to Mong Kok Stn, then 2 min. walk directly to hotel. Free shuttle bus to Kowloon Stn for Airport Express train.

| "Overall is good. Location of the hotel is near to MTR, very convenient and accessible. Within walking distance there are quite a lot of eateries cheap and nice. They provide shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui. It will be good if the hotel can increase the frequencies or extend to later at night. " |

| "The locaton is great as it is close to most of public transport. We are able to explore the local market and modern shopping centre which are walking distance. The train station is just located 2 mins away which is very convenience for us to travel to border of China for 1 day tour. Good value for money. It was very pleasant stay." |

| "Very happy with this 5 star hotel which is worth the rating.We were upgraded to Family Suite room which was another plus point. Conveniently located and easily accessible to shopping areas. The concierge staffs were very helpful to guide us to the places we enquired. I will definitely stay there for future trips." |
