| "The location was superb. Very convenient. Food at the Celestial Chinese Restaurant was very good and the service fantastic. Only grouse was that my family and I had to take our luggages up to the 2nd floor of the reception and then to our room and the doorman did not help nor get anyone to help us. And neither did the guy at the reception who checked us in on the first day. However, on our return trip, the staff who checked us in did arrange for our luggages to be brought to our room. Otherwise, we find staying at Sheraton pleasant" |

| "Service was very good. Arrived and there was a mix up with the room (3 x single people) and we had to pay an upgrade for a larger room which was not the best start. Hotel was lovely with great facilities. Restaurant and bar a bit expensive. Perhaps should make it more cost effective to be able to eat and drink in the hotel when you are staying there." |

| "I have stayed 2 nights at Sheraton & 2nights at Langham for this Hong Kong trip with My husbund & 3 years old son.
Sheraton has upgraded my room with Hobour View on my request without hesitation.
The service provided by Sheraton in comparision to other hotels was absolutely fantastic. Staff was very friendly, polite & helpful.
I will definetely stay again in Sheraton regardless & recomend all my friend to stay in Sheraton Kwolon.
They made my trip most enjoylable.
