| "found this to be pleasant place to stay. standard double with mini fridge tv a/c and a good ensuite. stay were very polite . and generally a good place to base yourself for kowloon" |

| "My stay at the minden was nice, the location, bathroom, beds etc., just that i am quite dissapointed with the staff. After i did my check-in at the reception, the staff gave me a non-smoking level room as requested at the reception. When i went up, to my surprise, there were luggages and leftovers from the previous hotel occupants! This made me wonder how the hotel manage their checking in and out. How could they give customers a room that they have yet to confirm that it is ready for new occupants? I had to pull my big luggages down again and get another room. They gave me another room but it was obviously a smoking level room as when the lift opens, the smell of cigrattes were all over! What happened to my request?! But me and my friend were too reluctant to go all the way down again with our luggages to change a third room. So, we bear with it throughout our 4 nights stay. " |

| "The room was small but had everything you needed. Breakfast was good and cooked fresh if you did not want a continental. We only stayed a few days but used the laundry service which was quick. The bar was nice to have a in drink before going out in the evenings. It does not have pools, gyms and the like but this is not what we were looking for for a three night stay. It was only 2mins from Nathan Rd and 5mins from the star ferry. The staff were very helpful and receptionists spoke very good English. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay " |

| "The hotel offers excellent value for the price. The Continental style breakfast is free. My only criticism is the cooked breakfast at $55 with 4 fried eggs is far undervalued - there should be a choice of smaller portion. Overall, very good! " |

| "The staff alone were enough to ensure that I will stay there again most definitely on my next trip to HK. Nothing was too hard for them!
The bed was a little hard, but to be expected as it is in Asia and they seem to like hard beds." |

| "the only big complain we have to make is that we asked late check-in and they wanted half amount stay.We agreed but late check-in was not later than 6 pm.We came back to the hotel at 7pm and they wanted full night rate, 1165 hkd, that is more of what we paid thru your agency the day before which was much more busy because of the last day fair. We paid and they wanted to know what time we were checking out but no use since having paid all nite we could do whatever we wanted but i suppose they wanted to rent the room twice since they knew we had a flight that night!Furthermore they didn't make room cleansing so why chrging usfull rate? Since we have been visiting hong kong at least once a year for the last 30 years for business, I think they should be less strict if hey want to gain confidence of frequent customers." |
