I am writing on behave of USA Hostel, to apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay in late April. Due to the extension construction of 30 new rooms, we have experienced a shortage of working staff. Unfortunately it was a very high season at the end of April, our occupancy has reached as high as 98.2%. I apologize for the long waiting check-in time and lack of immediate service to our dear customer. Now the construction has been finished. Hereby, I would like to offer a great discount of our new rooms to thank the loyalty of our old customers, and welcome new travelers. The room rate now is as low as 19.99 USD per person, as well as many other promotions.
