The hotel is very nice for childen, they love and we plan to come back again in next year ( when school have close . The service is very good also but time in check in is too late ( 15:00 ) and check out is too early ( 11:00 ). All this my comment, Thank you " |

| "The bus driver could be more helpful. I was pushing a stroller with my 2+ yr daughter and a big luggagge. I was folding the stroller so that I could board the bus. The bus driver simply just look at me and did not even bother to offer his help. Guess he is very clear of his job scope which does not include offering help to a lady with a young kid, stroller and luggage.

| "Stay at Disney Hollywood Hotel from 14 Aug 08 to 16 Aug 08. The hotel itself is quite nice, the rooms are clean and has pleasant surprises (which are delightful). Plenty of bed space as there are 2 queens in ecah room. The service staff are polite and efficient. There aren't that many restaurants though only 3 and 1 is more of a cafe. (So try taking the MTR to Tung Chung for food.) A bus from the hotel feeries you to the MTR station & back so it is convinient. The only snag for us is that at about mid morning till afternoon, the hotel lobby is packed with guests arriving. Perhaps more could be done to Otherwise, it's ok. Kids below 10 should enjoy their stay and also the trip to Disneyland." |

| "i have enjoyed my stay at the disney hotel, the hotel is good as far as location is concered but i feel that it is little expensive, i could have also stayed at HongKong island and still have seen disney land properly.
I would not advise any one to stay at such expensive otel in disney, it is very cheap to visit disney staying at HongKong island.
