| "Hello,
I think we get spoilt rotten in a country like India which has the most superior hospitality service.
I think the rest of the world lacks the sensitivity in the food & Beverage section. Most receptions and concierge services are standard good. But F & B service is avergae to poor. What is lacking is warmth and genuine service effort. It's just my opinion.
Overall I rthink the Hotel has a great location and good view. There is a huge shopping mall right below the hotel which is a bliss if you don't wish to head out into the main city.
Cheers,

| "My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice now because of its location to the airport. We liked that they offer a free shuttle from the airport and that it is beside the Citygate outlet shopping centre. It is a contemporary hotel - we did, however, prefer the superior room style with the open-plan design. It is ideal for an overnight stay without the hassle of going into Hong Kong city, however for longer stays, the MTR is just there (access within the shopping centre) and it is only about six stops to Hong Kong station.

| "Open-plan style bathroom/sleeping area made the room light but could be off-putting for some people. Major disappointment was the pool being out of use. Pick up point for shuttle from the airport was not very clear, but overall very convenient for the airport." |

| "Room was nice.
Restaurants close too early (11 pm).
Food ordered from room service was no longer hot at delivery time and taste was mediocre." |

| "The hotel is very close to the airport. Hotel guest stay there for early next morning flight. There is a small shopping center right next to the hotel. The hotel room is big, modern and clean. You can gaze at the stars from the bar tub if you open the balcony door. The room is spacious by Hong Kong standard. The hotel itself is far away from the city center but guests stay there because it is close to the airport. I will stay there again for an early morning flight. Good hotel overall." |

| "Our reason for choosing the hotel was the close distance to the airport and the free shuttle bus between airport and hotel. The interiour of the hotel appears in a very elegant and modern design. We were really impressed. What we didn't notice at the time of booking: The hotel is part of an outlet shopping mall (Ralph Lauren, Burbery, Timberland, ESPRIT etc) including a coffee shops, a foodcourt and a huge supermarket!!! Most of the shops are open until 9pm at night. So instead of spending the evening in the hotel bar we spontaneously went shopping. :-)
