Room was nice.
Restaurants close too early (11 pm).
Food ordered from room service was no longer hot at delivery time and taste was mediocre.

| "We booked this hotel for an overnight stay between flights, based on the reviews on the asiarooms web site and we were not dissappointed!
The hotel is ideally located, 5 mins away from the airport terminal with a shuttle bus service leaving to and from the hotel every 15 mins.
The room was very modern and had every facility you might need. Spacious and clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Checking in and out only took a couple of minutes each time.
The hotel is attached to a shopping mall and has a great choice of bars/restaurants.
Definitely one to use for overnight stays - the airport express to down town HK means you could use it as a base for longer breaks. " |

| "The Hotel is only a 5 minutes away from the airport in a free shuttle bus, is one of the only, if not the only (for now, there were another 2 in construction) hotel that close to the airport. It has a MTR station in a mall that is a stairway away from the lobby, so you have a shopping mall right next to the hotel. If you want to stay for an early flight, you should DEFINATELY consider this hotel. In case you have a little bit more time it has Disneyland park 2 stops away from the MTR, for about $1.5 USD fare. Also is next to the Po Lin Buddha a huge bronze Buddha that is definately a must if you are in Hong Kong. To get there you take a cable car that has beautifull views of the hills around the Buddha. The hotel has a modern decor that is really nice. Also the room has good space considering Hong Kong standards. Overall an excelent hotel if you are in transit for the night, if you want to get to see the city this is definately not a good choice since its far from everything." |

| "Great, modern, well-furnished, clean hotel for late airport arrivals or early morning departures -- only a few minutes from the airport. It also is connected to a big shopping area with some decent places to eat. Reasonably good western food in the hotel as well. The only caution is that the doors to the rooms are unbelievably heavy and difficult to open. I'm fairly strong and it is mind boggling how tough it is to simply open the door." |

I think we get spoilt rotten in a country like India which has the most superior hospitality service.
I think the rest of the world lacks the sensitivity in the food & Beverage section. Most receptions and concierge services are standard good. But F & B service is avergae to poor. What is lacking is warmth and genuine service effort. It's just my opinion.
Overall I rthink the Hotel has a great location and good view. There is a huge shopping mall right below the hotel which is a bliss if you don't wish to head out into the main city.
