"The room is quiet and clean. Service is good. In terms of Transportation you have to take a bus in front of the Rambler Crest there is waiting shed Bus 88F is going to MTR Tsing Yi Station and Bus 88G is going to MTR Kwai Fong Station. Bus is cheaper compare to Taxi. Our recommendation is to provide some information basically on their tourist attractions on how to get there. "

"Everything's good about the hotel, esp the view whereby our hotel overlooks the port. Location wise, its not very near the MTR and we had to take a cab to and fro the hotel everyday, esp if the day was long and we reached the MTR station late at night. Though location is not in the central district, i believe the money saved on this hotel can be used for transportation. overall a clean and good place to stay!"

"The Rambler Oasis is a modern hotel with professional and friendly staffs. I had a very pleasant stay, an experience highlighted by the magnificent view across the Rambler Channel from my room towards the Kowloon Peninsula and Hong Kong Island. Although the room size may be compact, it is well presented and has all the essentials you'd expect of a contemporary three stars establishment. The bed is a tag firm but it does accommodate my 5 11" frame pretty well. There is a bus stop and taxi bay around the corner from the hotel. The closest transportation hub is around 12min away at Tsing Yi Maritime Square, which houses a 4-storey shopping centre with bus, taxi and MTR terminals underneath. From there, most tourist destinations and popular shopping districts are just a train ride away. In my opinion, the Rambler Oasis would attract semi-budget conscious travelers who enjoy the "suburban" lifestyle of some Hong Kong locals, and don't mind not having breakfast in bed. The hotel isn't located right at the heart of the city so it may cause inconvenience for some. As for me, I enjoyed coming back to my hotel room each night, and see the big windows be filled with the beautiful pulsing heart of this forever lively and colourful city, at 30th floor up. "

"Although it was just an overnight stay, I was very pleased with the assistance from your staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Very satisfied."

"The hotel is an affordable 5-star hotel located in the Tsing Yi region. There is a mini bus for HK$3.20 which takes you to the nearest MTR station. It takes about 10 minutes via MTR to get into the city centre. Although, the hotel is out of the main part of Hong Kong, with the high availability of taxis and a mini-bus which arrives/departs right outside the hotel, the location is certainly not a disadvantage. The hotel does not feature any restaurants - not even a cafe, which was a disappointment. The mini-bar service in the room is exorbitantly priced, with a small tin of Pringles costing HK$30.00. Speaking of additional costs, most facilities within the hotel cost extra. The gym costs HK$100.00, and the Internet (per 5 minutes) cost HK$25.00. Please note: although the outdoor pool looked amazing, it was closed - despite the temperature being 30 degrees Celsius. The staff assured me that the swimming pool would be open from mid-May. The concierge was friendly, and the hotel staff were generally competent. However, most, if not all front office staff WERE NOT friendly. They were not approachable, and never smiled. Efficiency, competency and accuracy is one thing, but to carry out your day-to-day duties without even smiling, is ineffective in terms of customer service. On a positive note, they did accommodate a late check-out request which was much appreciated. Overall, this hotel would suit travellers who do not wish to use ANY of the hotel facilities. The hotel would not really suit business travellers (no wireless Internet connection), but would suit those who want some style, while travelling on a budget. The hotel is moderately priced for a 5-star hotel, mainly due to its location."

"The room is so small that it cannot afford a writing desk; besides, there are lots of tourist from China, they are rude and smelly. Other than these, it is a nice hotel, the room is clean and the staff are nice."
