this hotel first thing was exceptionally clean and kept this way throughout my 4 night stay,pool was lovely and open till 10pm great after a hot day out to cool down and have cocktails!Staff were very friendly,free airport shuttle and lots of trips can be organised from hotel with pick up and drop off service-all very well organised!Award winning Balinese restaurant with excellent food and service can eat outdoors or inside,Will definitely stay here again.Housekeeping,reception,dining staff-couldn`t fault any of them!

Very nice tropical style, extremely nice service and helpful staff. The free shuttle which goes to the airport every 8 and 9 a.m. is such a surprise to us. I am definitely going to stay there again!

Very friendly receptionist, clean & big room, and very reasonable cost for staying. The hotel is not located the very center of the city, have to walk 20 mins to get. But overall, it was fantastic

We stayed for 5 nights - ideal base for exploring this area. Very helpful staff. Good room as we were upgraded. Nice on site restaurant. Location close to Esplanade and approx 20 min stroll to centre of Cairns. Could do with Do Not Disturb signs for hotel rooms as cleaning staff start very early - bit of a problem if you are suffering with jetlag. Overall a very nice stay.

Overall the hotel was fine. We found it to be very clean and reasonably spacious. The staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful as were the majority of the waiting staff in the restaurant except for one individual who seemed to have a bit of a problem which rather spoiled the end of our stay in the hotel.

The hotel was amazing with fantastic facilities. The location was a little out of the way, about a 20 minute walk into town so not so good for the non-walkers, however fine for us. The walk into down is lovely, along the shoreline. So no complaints. The staff st the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of local information at the hotel, and staff help with arranging excursions and trips.
