I have the following points to make about this accommodation
1. There were insects crawling in the room
2. My fiancée fell down the stairs in the bathroom as the non slip strips are ineffective
3. Half the lights in the room didn't work
4.we weren't able to adjust the thermostat on the heater
5. The bed was uncomfortable due to mechanism for electric blanket sticking into my back
6. Advertised waterfront view for room was non existent
6. The outside light wasn't able to be turned off causing the room to be bright all night
7.reception not manned at times required

Location was perfect - we hired a car and was only 5 minutes from Hobart CBD. Room could do with a Spring Clean & linen and bedding is due for replacement but was clean. Good stay due to the cost.
