Accomodation clean and very reasonable. The $4 was crossed off the ticket for the shuttle back to the aiport (obviously had complaints).You do need to ask behind the counter if you want food otherwise you are ignored by the waitresses if you just sit at a dining table but the food was good. (January 2005)

We would stay again because the room was reasonable. However the 'free' shuttle now is $4. The Ibis driver was not particularily friendly at the very confusing airport pick up location. The restaurant, after a long wait, informed us they were out of both meals we ordered.

The room was small, but nice, and very convienent to the airport. However, we asked the young man at the front desk to make a reservatiion for 5 nights at the Ibis World Square in Sydney for later in the month. He told us it was done and gave us a confimation number. When we arrived, they World Square hotel did not have our reservation, were full, and told us the confirmation number had too many numbers. Next time, we'll do it ourselves. Also....we were charged for the "free" shuttle to get back to the airport!

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Clean, nicely designed small room. Very convenient to be so close to airport. Airport shuttle was good, but booked full for the time we needed to leave in the morning. Would definitely stay here again. Did not try the restraunt, but it looked okay to me.

We stayed at the hotel in Sept this year and found it to be the best hotel style holiday we have ever had. It was great for the kids and the staff were exceptional. We will be returning in April 2003 for at least 14 night this time.

Ibis Airport is the most beautiful and peaceful place I have ever been to. The facilities that they provide is another great factor to Ibis Airport especially the beauty facilities and the evening entertainment. I recommend to everyone that Ibis Airport is the place to stay, if I could afford it I would stay there forever. But I will be going again next year!
