Had a pleasant stay, although the room...
Had a pleasant stay, although the room is rather small but its well furnished and rather cosy to stay in. The hotel location is excellent, very accessible, train and bus stations are nearby. cinemas, shopping malls are located within walking distance. The staff is very helpful, polite and very approachable.

The room rate was not competitive as...
The room rate was not competitive as other similar rooms had better pricing. We requested for higher floor, but when we asked, they ignored our question. The standing shower was leaking from the side and wet the floor which we had to use the floor mat. The make up has no lighting and that makes it dificult to put on my make up. We had to request for new tissue box and shampoo which were not replaced, when they were used up. The car park facility was not conducive and we were turned away on 26 Nov, despite our request to leave our car keys within compound, which they could shift around to accomodate us. The attitude was condescending, unlike the past 2 stays few years ago, mentioning that parking was on first come first served basis. They did not ring us to notify of available lot which they promised they will.

Overall, the stay was average. Disappointed at...
Overall, the stay was average. Disappointed at the cleaniness of the hotel rooms. Bed sheets were not changed everyday out of my total stay of 5 nights.

While it may not be attractive from...
While it may not be attractive from the outside but certainly a hotel with character and a host of benefits. Location is very central and the staff is warm and friendly. Price wise is competitive but should include breakfast.
