The hotel is great with all the...
The hotel is great with all the activities, pools and kid's clubs but the service and hospitality from many members of staff was appalling. On three occassions we went for a meal at different places to find out after we had paid that there was hardly any food left. We were overcharged on 4 different items on our bill, when we questioned the receptionist we were treated rudely and were never offered an apology. The staff are in desperate need of some training and should work on their customer service skills.

This was simply the worst hotel experience...
This was simply the worst hotel experience of a 5 week trip. The drive leading up to the hotel was fabulous and the extrnal appearance and general interior of the hotel was superb. However the room facilities were shabby and the room was absolutely filthy in areas. We complained to the management and were offered a free night of accommodation later during our vacation. I declined as we had already fully booked the rest of our accommodation for the duration of our trip. We were also advised that the room were allocated was due for refurbishment. I have recorded digital photographs of the poor dirty condition of the room.
