10 mins walk to central market
for a cheap cost for a hotel, this is OK the service is good, room is big for two friends travelling together and it is clean. the front desk speaks English very well and always smiling. the only problem is that the hotel allowed people smoking at the lobby while it's air conditioned, the smoke really smells bad when you enter and trapped inside.
breakfast variety is limited, they got no rice or noodles, just loaves of bread. safety? I can say it is safe also very near to Central Market just a 10 mins walk.
my only disappointment big time is when we arrived at night (we stayed two days in Phnom Pehn) the hotel can not accommodate us, they are fully booked even we reserved it long time ago. well sometimes you cant control this and we understand BUT they have us stayed at very very cheap and ugly hotel, they said it's their sister company. also it made our day very bad to start when we ate breakfast (food is very good not a problem), because the staff dont like to switch on the lights because we are only two people eating at the time and still early, but we came in at the said breakfast time.

If you are looking for budget hotel,...
If you are looking for budget hotel, pacific is a gd choice. The room is clean and the air-condition is cool enough in the hot & wet weather. Staff are nice and they are nice. Especially the Cantonese Speaking one, who is so enthusiastic to introduce the places to go with reference tuk-tuk prices for us.
However, the breakfast is just a so-so one, which you can select from limited choices. I would prefer to pick one near to riverside and the night market as more restaurants can be chosen.

We booked for 1 triple room for our families and 2 double rooms for friends. Our families were very satisfied the triple room size. We had a twin bedded room with an extra bed, there was still quite spacious for our families. As the triple room is located at the corner, we had the window in room that can have the street view but it is not available for double room. The ventilation in the bathroom not that good but that was fine for us as we could open the window in the bathroom. I must agree with the comments that we read before we went to the hotel, the lift is narrow. The omelette that we had in the coffee shop was salty, the operation hour starts at 6.30am but the food display not ready at the said time. We found your Reception who can speak Cantonese that made us feel 'home'. Thanks.

We only stayed one night at the Pacific Hotel. Value for money it was OK. Overall the rooms were very pleasant, clean and tidy. The bathromm and facilities was excellent. The staff were friendly and met all of our needs. Overall was very pleased with our accomodation and have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to other budget travellers.

This hotel is fine, good location for getting about with local bars and rest'nts close by, staff friendly and helpful, room is pretty good. If we had a criticism it would only be a rather cool and bland breakfast.

The hotel room seems very old and...
The hotel room seems very old and is in need of refurbishment. When we checked in they had no key card for us. The lift is very small so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a bit of a problem. I don't think I will stay here again.
