Good hotel, friendly service
The staff were really efficient and very friendly!
I enjoyed this hotel. We stayed at the Eclub room.
It's really good value for money and helped to guarantee us a relaxing holiday.
Would be better if the bed was king sized. Overall, great hotel.
A gem in hong kong!

Business
The room was very small which i appreciate is normal in Hong Kong but the cost of the room was high for the quality and size. I think there was something on as there was very little cost effective rooms available in Hong Kong. The location of the Hotel was good though.

Sewage smell and small room
The room was very small for the cost involved.
There was a sewage smell every time you entered the room, coming from the plumbing in the bathroom I think.

My shopping destination
It is a nice clean place and the location is near the shopping area but its really far from the airport and i paid 400 hk $ from the airport to eaton hotel.I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Excellent service, great location, good facilities, value for money.
The hotels service and facilities exceeded our expectations.
The staffs were extremely helpful and courteous. It was a pleasant surprise when the hotel provided us E-Club access while waiting for our room to be ready (we arrived 4 hrs earlier).
Room was clean and not as small as we thought (for the two of us plus our 8 yrs old daughter!).
Great location, within 3 min walks from MTR Jordan station, near major attractions, shops and food and complimentary shuttle bus to Kowloon right in front of the hotel made traveling to airport lots easier for us!
Definitely our first choice of hotel when we visit HK again.

Good location. Worth for value
We were upgraded to a bigger room with free of charges. This is great as we have 2 small kids. The room is very nice and clean. We all love it.

A pleasant stay at Eaton
What mostly I like is the location and their friendly services. Overall maintaining Good it just that a bit of pricy for the normal standard room.

A great location, very easy to get...
A great location, very easy to get train from airport to Kowloon then complimentary shuttle to hotel door! Jordan station within 3 min walk. Concierge and staff extremely helpful and able to confirm availability of sightseeing venues, eg. cable car was closed due to typhoon for 2 days. Only disappointment was that WiFi was an extra cost but in cafe below there was free internet access so really not a problem just had to time when you wanted to use it as there are 4 computers (2 english, 2 chinese) also accessible to cafe users. Great to have a pool to swim in after a long day of walking/sightseeing.
