Unpleasant service
Stayed for 3 nights in the suite room after 3 nights in another hotel in Tsuen wan.. Disappointed with the svc at Kimberley. Housekeeping only made the bed but left our used utensils unattended. There was miscomm regarding the wifi..called operator and was told that wifi is free at e lobby but when i came down, was told by front office that wifi is charged at 38hkd/hr....after much haggling, they offered the free wifi. At least, the comforting piece about the hotel is its convenience.. A few eateries and stretch at granville road behind the hotel has many shops selling trendy clothes n others..major shopping boutiques are also abt within 5mins' walk...

Can Do !
With the very good location but still got to pay for using WIFI (inside the room or outside at the main lobby ?!) The hotel has loss some of their "shining-stars"! (with most of the hotels are given free use of WIFI as long as you stay within the hotel, now a day ?! Hey, ware up men !)
The food are nothing speacial as we can have better one outside.
The less are just okay as a "hotel" ! (most things are to be charged except the Gym)

free wifi missing and free water bottles
the catergory of the hotel should not charge for wifi internet or for a daily bottle of water, as in other hotels all over the world

Good location hotel
The kimberley hotel is very well location, near to tsim sha tsui mtr. It is also surrounded by many shopping malls and shops, 24hrs mac if you wan to grap some food after midnight.
the staff are friendly and also patient to us. We asked some recommendations of dim sam restaurants, and the staff patiently attended to us.
the interior is simple, but small (thats normal). No spectacular nightviews out of my window. My toilet includes a small bathtub which i cant straighten my legs (i'm 170cm). But i know of not all rooms come with bathtubs. They are still in the mids of renovating.
in the day we realised there are some construction works, drillings somewhere however it did not affect us as we are always out before 9am and only returned at night.
if you are looking for a hotel which is quite centralised located, a few stops of mtr to central, mongkok etc. This is ok!
