The rooms were fairly spacious and well furnished. They have a good-size bathroom as well. It would have been better if there was free wi-fi. Overall, we were pleased with our choice of hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Good Location for Shopping !
This hotel serves good breakfast. Was upgraded to rennovated room which is well furnished. However, internet chargeable at HKD1500 per day (although requested for complimentary), does not have 3 or 4 days' package charge for internet usage (unlike nearby hotel-Nikko Kowloon who has such package per week at lower cost) !

Hotel is just about 4 5 star hotel. Th refurbished rooms are nice a large for Hong Kong standards.
Only th new furniture in the Executiv floor could have been made of better quality too much plastic.

For the price I paid this was excellent value. Close to all the sights in Kowloon and Hong Kong but at he same time felt secluded from the hustle and bustle. Just walking distance from the harbour, ferries and MTR. The hotel was clean and well serviced. The restaurants and bar were exellent too. Had a great night in the bar with fantastic entertainment. Very happy to recommend this hotel and will definately book here when I next visit HK.

It's an excellent and value-for-money hotel. My room at 11th floor was very new and clean, quiet at night. The staff were friendly and offered prompt service. Very near to Hung Hom MTR if you plan to hop over to Shenzhen for great shopping.

4 star hotel truly
Regal is truly 4 stars, location and most importantly 4 star price. Internet charges were very expensive and we were lucky to have enquired in details. Check in and out were a nightmare with the queue sometimes reaching 10 and above. To summarize my experience, I will not return again.
