Pleasant stay
The hotel is undergoing refurbishment at the moment but this is clearly stated by the management at the time of booking and the noisy work is between 9am and 6pm. Because of this the rooms are discounted and I felt that it was great value for money. We didn't eat at the hotel but all other areas of service were excellent with polite and helpful staff at every turn. The gym is excellent and it is nicely combined with the pool facility. It is in a great location for the MTR and areas such as Ladies Market, the flower market and the gold fish market. I would go back again.

Hotel is undergoing renovations - which in fairness was disclosed before we went. However, the of the renovations extent wasn't and being handed a pair of ear plugs when you check in is a sure warning sign! Work ongoing from 13th floor upward and also in the lobby restaurant area. Rooms on higher floors are very noisy from 9am to circa 6pm, rooms lower down are tired and smell musty - we tried both. Hotel food was decidedly average and even including the discount on offer during renovation work, I was over priced in terms of selection and quality. 30 minutes from the hotel to central.

It's ok. no more, no less. the staff is very very kind the try their best but the total outcome is not amazing. the hotel is not very beautiful, the had renovation and didn't tell us ahead and also told us the water will stop the next day from 10:00. Not very nice. They even got us earplugs with the writing "Noise survival kit" and it was very frightening although we didn't hear any special noise while being there. very big and good breakfast.

Pro : Good location. MTR is within walking distance. The hotel is just next to a shopping mall called Grand Century. Able to find local food and nearby restaurant by walking.
Cons: Building is a little old. Expensive.

Great place to stay with larger than average rooms. Very easy to get to using public transport even though not in the middle of Kowloon.

Sensational Hotel
From the time we arrived to check in until our departure everything was wonderful. The room was great, breakfasts were fabulous, all staff were friendly and attentive especially Sam at breakfast and even if we searched we could not find fault.
