Excellent location for shopping/dining holiday...short walking distance to major shopping malls, good value dining joints...will certainly recommend to others undertaking short stay in Tsim Sha Sui area.

Freezing shower
Location of the hotel is good but would be better if the hotel can provide more precise directions from airport/MTR. It is value for money for a free & easy family stay by which the apartment provide a queen and sofa bed. The down side was the badly regulated hot shower -- it was either steaming hot or freezing cold in the morning or night. Alot of time was wasted to wait for the water to be regulated to a suitable temperature and which only lasted 3 min.

Not worth the Money
The only good this about the citadines ashley road is its loaction.
The rooms are very basic with the hardest bed I have ever slept in.
When you check out, if you need to use the third floor toilet, its the most filthy and dirty I have seen.
The staff try hard and keep the rooms very clean.
Also all the facillities listed on the website some are not available, including the laundry room.
I complained and the manager was very good and gave me a small refund.
Its an ok place to stay if you want the night life of the area and a clean bed. But for the same price there are three star hotels with pools and gyms . At the citadines you get nothing

Didn't like the bathroom area though where there were no place for us to put our shampoos & Shower gel.
Gd amenities with Free Wifi, hair dryer, ironing board, kettle.. there's even a toaster and microwave for use.
Good location in TST area.
Stay at a highter floor though. I stayed on the 10th floor, but could get a little noisy when the pub opposite gets rowdy.

Superb Location! Short distance to MTR, Ferry Terminal, Great Shopping! Cafes, restaurants, convenient stores at doorstep.

First time staying in what Citadines called an Apart-Hotel, the room is clean and ok in size for Hong Kong.
Quite near to MTR if you know how to cut across the buildings, altot it doesnt look like that from the map.

Good price for a central locationful.
Though the rooms are a a tight squeeze for a couple with a 3 years old kid, the location is worth it. The front desk staff are very friendly and help. The manager was particularly accommodating when I requested for bringing forward 1 day to the check in date via email. In contrast, the call center guy from Asiarooms.com was very rude and refuse to accommodate my amendment.

It was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel.
The size is small but you have to compare it with Hong Kong's hotel size, not your own country.
The cooking utensils are clean and organised, the staff are helpful and overall it was a pleasant stay for my family.
The MTR station is 2 minutes walking distance. The nearest is beside the Kowloon Mosque. I will definitely stay at Citadines again.
