Good service, reasonable priced, but small toilet
The location of the hotel is ok, the size of the hotel is rather small but value for money. The only thing we dont really like about the hotel is the toilet, too cramp. The service is excellent. :)

i need more space!!!
this is my 2nd time staying at casa hotel. the 1st time i came with my friends & we stayed in a family room which was spacious enough. i was really disappointed this time round because i booked a normal room & it was so cramp. my partner & i hardly had any space to move around. if you are claustrophobia, do not stay here unless you book a family room. the only good point about this hotel is the location which is next to yau ma tei mtr. well, my only unhappiness is the limited space of the room. i am not sure about other hotels. probably this is the kind of space you are getting for this kind of price.

Review
Extremely small room. You can generally see the person bathing in the bathroom, therefore if you are not a couple, this might be unsuitable for you. The toilet and bathroom is extremely small too. You can actually sit on the toilet bowl and bathe at the same time. No fridge in the room. No safe either.
There is this part next to the sink (you can't see this from inside the toilet, you must be outside), where there is algae growing. I believe this is due to the design of the toilet, where when you bathe, water will creep into those unsealed areas and where there is water, there is growths. It is actually pretty disgusting to look at from outside. Makes you feel uncomfortable when you are inside the toilet as you know it's dirty yet you kind of have no choice.
The location is fantastic. It is about 50m from the MTR entrance and is located pretty much in the centre of Hong Kong. Easy to get to anywhere from Yau Ma Tei.

Tiny room for short stay
The quality of the room has seemed to deteriorate after my stay there last year. That is probably due to high usage.. Would be good if the hotel changes the bedsheets and furniture periodically to maintain the hotel's value for money. Recommended for short stay only.

Practical stay for the money
Hotel is clean in general. My biggest complaint is that the room and the bathroom are too too small. No room to move in the room, you have to walk sideways to get to the closet next to the bed. The bath room floor is the the base for the shower. But I guess for the money in Hong Kong, this hotel will do. The location is great on Nathan road, one of the busiest streets in kowloon.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Got free wifi in the room which is really a plus point. But room is pretty small. Don't even have a proper area to bathe.

Casa Hotel stay
Comparing to hotels in other countries, it's common to find out that hotel rooms in Hong Kong are smaller, it's just nice for two persons' luggage to lay on the floor. The hotel is equipped with two lifts, which are giving great convenience to consumers, however, we missed three times when we were waiting to check out.
