It's very good for us (me and bf) to take a holiday break here! The room is bigger than our expectation. The place is very clean! We like it! We'll come again maybe arround coming X'mas.

Very comfortable hotel for a long stay in Hong Kong.
Maybe a bit far from town centre if you stay only 3 days for a fisrt visit to HK. But for a week or more, I definitely recommend this hotel : it is very clean, quiet and staff is very friendly. The breakfast (mix of continental and chinese styles is very good). The location is not so bad if you like the more authentic style of the new territories living areas and if you consider the quick rail link (KCRC) to Nam Cheong.

It would have been nice to have roomservice available to order food, since the restaurant was in the other tower.
But over all, we (the parents of 3 small children) were absolutely satisfied with the hotel. We had two non-smoking rooms with connecting doors, a little table were we could sit down with the children to eat. We had a little kitchen, but no kitchen utilities so we could not use it. If we ever come back to Hong Kong, we will definitely keep this hotel in mind.

This is a brilliant hotel. We are only disappointed we couldn't stay longer. Modern, lavish, clean, spacious, extremely friendly and obliging staff. huge facilities. swimming pool, sauna steam room, fitness room health spa. public transport, bus train light rail, its all there and in the middle of a huge park and only 40 mins bus ride to the city.

I stay at this hotel before but this time we did not get any complimentary bottle water and no face towels in bathroom and I have ask for the face towels but they refuse to give bottle water!

Room was big by HK stds at...
Room was big by HK stds at 35 m2. Had a full size fridge, microwave, sink but cooking incurs extra charge. Room had a sofa, coffee table and dining table with 2 dining chairs, safe, hairdryer. Decent toiletries.
Somehow did not manage to dial up my computer thru phone line.
Location OK unless you are going to remote parts of HK Island. 5 mins by tram to Tin Shui Wai KCRWest Station, 20 minutes by fast train to Mei Foo MTR. 55 mins to Tsim Sha Tsui via this mode. You can also take the KCRW to Nam Cheong and then the Tung Chung line to HK station (45 mins total time). They also have a HKD18 shuttle. Airport shuttle good value at HKD50.
So if you are not rushed for time, perfect. Esp for the price. For me, I was visiting relatives in Mei Foo so I only commute 30 mins each way.

service not good, because when 1st day we arrived we dont know where is the hotel location and most of yours was using chinese name. Taxi drive dont know english name, we tried to call you severice to help us to arrange a van/a transport from ferry to your hotel,we also mention to he/she we were in a big group (8 adult 8 children)and many things to carry. Very disappointed your man just said very sorry because the hotel do not had this service.actually it was very sample arrangment, as i know your have a bus service travel from penisula hotel to harbour resort, what i konw the ferry terminal was just next to the penisula hotel!!!! why cant your make it??/
