The carpet in the room was very...
The carpet in the room was very badly soiled, the bed sheets were stained with what appeared to be old ink stains and there was substantial mould on the bathroom ceiling and around the aircon outlet in the bedroom. I set the aircon to 10 degrees to try and cool the room down but still found it hot sleeping under a sheet.
Continential or 'western' breakfast was basically limited to toast and eggs, although the restaurant did make good coffee which went down well with the coffee & chocolate gateau that was served as part of the breakfast menu.
Room service and housekeeping were difficult to obtain - I had a lot of trouble getting bath towels which had not been replaced during the morning clean, coffee sachets, creamer sachets etc that should have also been replaced.
The hotel is currently being renovated - very obvious from the noise and smell of paint, and the pool was closed for renovations - something not mentioned on the website.

We have had a very nice time in your hotel. The service was good, the room was pretty and clean and the breakfst was also good ( much choice). We used the hotel for doing business in the environment. The place was central and easy to acces. Wenn we need a taxi, then the concierge was helpfull and very quickly he arranged a taxi.

staff was quite helpfull although 1 have to wait for about 30 min to get booking confirmation sorted out.Toilet was a little smelly and stain. Great view for the city from my room but at night a little noisy from passing car and bike.Room is quite spacious.

I think there is a saying that "By look we cannot able to calculate its charmness" I got disappointed on having a look at the hotel at its present state and realised that i made a big mistake of convincing myself with the pictures.
Well, for a business / Tourist / Romantic couples this is not the good place. The hotel dosent deserve to the advertisement or the way it presented on the net.
Should you expect to stay ina decent hotel please look for others.
