The staffs are very kind and friendly.
They serve us very fast and we can enter to our room without delay.
We can make our drink from several choices.
The air conditioner is working properly and help us to enjoy our night.
We will choose novotel Yogya again.

Had a good couple of days in this hotel with no issues, would stay there again as it had a good vibe and it made you feel that you were on holiday. great pool. however sombody needs to read a book on how to make and mix a good cocktail. what was that pinocolada all about.

anyway whether i having trouble when confirming my reservation to novotel due to the system error or whatever the conclusion are..me and my fam enjoyed our stay at Novotel.

The hotel is new and clean which gives a very comfortable and pleasant feeling when you entered. The staff were polite and efficient especially the F&B staff who made great effort to address the guest by name. The room is big and spacious. Good for family and business.

The hotel is a bit out from the shooping centre. However the matahari department store is less that 10mins walk where you can get good food and buy fruits. Transport have no problem. Plenty of taxi and becak around the hotel.You can take a becak 40000rubia Baringhajo market and along Malioboro for shopping. From the hotel you can hire taxi about300000rubia to Brodudur and kraton and Prabanan .The hotel security is good and staff is friendly. Breakfast is reasonably good and there is room for improvement.

The overall stay is good. The hotel is well located, clean and well maintained. The room is clean. The staff are friendly. The negative part about this hotel is the food. The Saturday night BBQ Seafood buffet was a bad choice. Limited choice of seafood and tasteless meals. Not value for money.
The daily breakfast offers a decent choice of selection. The first day congee was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the standard deterioated on the following day.
