We couldn't enjoy dinner at Hotel restaurant. There are no restaurant around the hotel.
Therefore hotel restaurant should be more attractive and more variety of choice, such as western food, Chinese food, Japanese food and more, so as to stpend more longer days.

The location of the hotel is good...
The location of the hotel is good and the staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is good and internet access is fast. This is the only thing i appteciate from this hotel. Other than that I don't think is worth to stay there with the amount of money paid. The room is old and the floor is dirty. Especialy the toilet is very old. The water closet is yellow and the toilet door cannot close properly. The balcony door cannot be lock. TV very small and the mini fridge is very noisy over the night. My opinion, for a 4 star hotel, it shouldn't allow outsiders or guest to dance at the lobby area.

Though I booked through Asiarooms, the hotel...
Though I booked through Asiarooms, the hotel reception said they had no booking under my name...I had to wait for over 30min until they confirmed my booking. Also, when I checked out, they also tried to charge the room fee again & some kind of service charges... But the hotel room was clean and the other stuff are overall quite helpfull and friendly. I hope they will improve their service.

Very good location, very easy to go...
Very good location, very easy to go around Yogyakarta by the new and easy to use Trans-Yogya bus service (the shelter is very near to the hotel). The hotel is the pick-up and drop-off point for Joglosemar executive bus service to Semarang and Solo. The Javanese traditional ambience of the main lobby is very nice, and the authentic cultural experience is extended to breakfast menu as well. Free wi-fi access to guess at the lobby is very useful. It would be wonderful if the free wi-fi is also accessible from guest rooms. The guest rooms and areas other than lobby need a bit facelift and refreshment. Overall, it is a highly recommended hotel.

Staff are friendly but cold. Location of my room is not ideal. better a room facing the pool then the main road. 3 of the 4 days i experience repeated inhouse TV problem. (Hotel did not appologies or double check on matter)
Very surprise a hotel of this class still charges guest for airport transfers.
