Well connected to Kansai airport
A big plus for direct Airport Bus to Hotel door steps. The hotel is well serve by railways and subways. Food outlet are plenty and spoilt for choice.

The room looks tired but clean. Location was execellent as it provides easy reach to all parts of town. I enjoyed the stay as the staff were very helpful with provding inforamtion. I recommend the OKONOMI pizza in the President Chabo Teriyaki restaurant in the basement. Though it was a little on the expensive side, it was balanced with quality and ambience. I will stay in this hotel again.. anytime.

Facitlities in the hotel are very expensive, but there are many restaurants and stores in the immediate area. There is an airport shuttle directly to and from the hotel. Great location right above a subway line and within walking distance to many tourist attractions.

My family & I are filled with nothing but praises for this hotel! The room is perfect, bed is super comfortable, toilet amenities are sufficient, service staff very polite and helpful. Location is superb! Just next to a supermarket, convenience store that opens 24 by 7 and a train station that is just a stone's throw away. The airport limousine service stops directly at this hotel too which makes travelling so very convenient. Restaurants are available in close proximity as well. There is an English speaking clinic nearby too should anyone need it. (We unfortunately needed it!)perfect in every way!!!

When I first checked-in, I was given...
When I first checked-in, I was given a room on the 12th floor. My jaws dropped when I was shown to my room because the room was small, the furnitures were old, the lights were dim, everything in the bathroom looks so plastic, and this was the first hotel room I have stayed anywhere in the world which used fluorescent light in the room (it reminds me of government housing in Singapore). The room looks no better than a 2-star hotel.
After 2 nights, I could no longer stand my room so I requested a "newer" room. I was told the hotel was fully booked the next day but they could give me a room on 14th floor the day after.
On the 4th day, the hotel changed my room for me to 15th floor (not 14th as they told me earlier). My new room was in direct contrast with my old room. It was new, more spacious, the furnitures looked fairly new, I even had additional amenities which my old room did not have.
So my rating of the hotel above was based on my new room, but not my old.
The only "mystery" was that I seemed to be the only person occupying the whole 15th floor because every other room on the floor had a "Please make up room" sign, which I later confirmed with the hotel staff that these rooms were indeed not occupied.
Apart from my room, the "free" buffet breakfast was sumptuous, staff were friendly, the door man was particularly helpful, and staff in the hotel generally declined tipping - unless you insist.

We have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The first 3 nights were not too pleasant as the room given to us was smaller and older. Luckily, my husband noticed that some of the rooms at other floors (we stayed at level 12) were newer on the outside (when the lift opened). Hence, we requested for change of room in the 3rd night but due to full occupancy, we only managed to change to a better room the next day. The newer room was more spacious, newer and pleasant (level 15). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good - near to subway.
