Cosy Traditional Japanese Accomodation
The owner was extremely friendly and her English was very good. There is an 11pm curfew which was a bit of a minus, but otherwise it is an extremely cosy environment and I would readily recommend it to others who want to experience an authentic Japanese Ryokan.

good traditional experience
overall everything okay & we are satisfied. however, only a small problem it made a big difference which is the toilet upstairs adjacent to the staircase, it's clean actually with no stains or dirts but don't know why there's a strong unpleasant smell . if the owner kyoto can work something on it, it will be perfectly accomodated and it's only apply to those traveller who loves enjoy traditional atmosphere & local residential lifestlye. for us, my husband likes very much & totally satified. we adventured quite much as the place is not common well known that no one knows the actual location and we have to really ask & find our way to the hotel. anyway, it's a nice experience..................
