Worst hotel at RM160 per night
We arrived at 5.30pm but still the room not ready yet. Customer service so unfriendly and did not even attempt to calm us for not being able to provide the room on time. Rightfully, they should offer complementary late check out or at least free meal!!
Door insulation is so poor that next door smoke seeped in to our room. There is no tv remote and you cant just use the button to switch it on. You have to call housekeeping who has the remote to switch on tv.
For all it is, the ratings and good comments of his hotel is so untrue! I strongly recommend people with family to stay away from this hotel. This hotel sucks!!!

The hotel is in need of upgrade. The bedspreads look kinda old, need to be replaced. The toilet door in my room should be replaced, could not close properly without banging against it. The TV is a small one, not the LCD & worst , there is only one channel available. The food is not that bad but not much choice... Iron & ironing board are available, at the end of the corridor. And one has to do the ironing there, not in the hotel room. In short, the pictures of the hotel rooms in internet looks better than in reality...

Room was dark and dirty (Felt like we were sleeping in a dungeon) Not at all like the photos on asia rooms! Was very disappointed with the breakfast facilities, Tables werent clean and food was left out in the open with flies & ants all over the food!
Staff werent very friendly and overall wasnt a nice place to stay!
