The room is actually set up for single occupancy with King size bed. e.g. only one chair is place at the at coffee table, The toilet have stains on the tiles, Generally the hotel is old and needs a face live and furnitures need change. The is no lift from car park to ground floor, very inconvenience for elderly.I
New and modern hotel conveniently located about 20 minutes walk from Chinatown and Little India. While the American breakfast was not nearly as good as previous reviewers had led me to believe, it was adequate (but not more than that). Special praise must be given to the hotel's staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. In short a very positive experience.
Reception staff were impatient. Facilities not up to date. Lifts needs upgrading. Food at cafe at lobby needs more varieties. Staff at cafe not efficient. We mentioned we were a group, reserved tables nearby yet when our other group members came later, they were assigned far away from us and the nearby table given to some other people. Poor coordination in this respect.
The hotel is fine. Faded glory are the words I would use to describe it, however it is clean and the recepton staff are pleasant so for the money paid it did the job.
