Concorde's Glory Days
We were surporised to see how bad Concorde has lost it's '4-star touch' and as much as we had heard from people, that it's a bad hotel now, we didn't believe it until we stayed for two nights! Every other factors: location and good food it has! Just have to shape up your service and step up with your maintenance! Bathroom's mildew gave you away, and we had to wait more than 30mins for our prayer mat.....and clean refridgerator please!
