Highly Dissapointed
When we 1st checked-in, we were very delighted that we got an upgrade to a Premier Room. All though the outlook of the hotel needs much improvement, we were still contended with the room.
Now comes the disappointments:
Disappointment 1:
When we went to the restaurants (Chinese and Coffe House), both were fully booked. we were told to order our food at the coffee house and to be served at the hotel lobby lounge. Was very surprised that guest staying in that hotel are treated as 2nd or no class guest. We ended up eating at a nearby stall.
Disappointment 2:
When we returned, there was no electricity in our rooms, we were then told that electricity on our floor only, will be down for 3 hours. I was surprised that such information, were not handed down to the reception office until the last moment. We requested the Duty Manager to get in touch with us, but the call never came. That really held up all our plans. We then requested for a switch as we cannot be sitting in a room without electricity. We got another room, these were 1 room apartment, but was rather run down. We had no choice but to take it, since we needed to get ready to go out anyway.
