I dont like the fact that they debit your account with the first nights accomodation plus an extra $100, usually just a copy of the credit card is held until you check out.

The location is really good, 10 minutes...
The location is really good, 10 minutes walk to the harbour front. We had been upgraded so our room was big and with a kitchen corner. The room was very clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was big but no counter or table or furniture to put your stuff on. It's just big...

I have never been to Auckland or...
I have never been to Auckland or New Zealand before and don't know if other hotels may give same excellent services as the Mercure Windsor (the staff are so damn friendly and courteous!!).
