Disatisfied with room service
I booked a double room as I had my adult son and adult daughter with me this time. I asked on three occasions to have the room serviced and this was never done in the week we were there. The office staff said rhey would bring this to the attention of the manager. They only give you two keys and only one will allow you to operate the lift. Every couple of days we had to go and have the key re-programed. I stay there because of locality.
