The gentleman who runs the b&b could not have been more helpful, he gave us an upgraded room without charge which was good.

The Grandview B and B was just such a refreshing experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect accommodation within an affordable price range. The attention to detail in all aspects was exemplary. Peaceful, elegant and such friendly, helpful owners...my friend and I toured the South Island and this accommodation was just the best.

The house is good. You can see...
The house is good. You can see the harbor and city view from be balcony which is great. Not far away from down town, 10 minutes by walking. The host, Simon is nice and talktive. It makes you feel like go home. However, for the people who like more privacy might not like to stay here because.
